Georgia Jones

Lead Vocal & Percussion

Georgia Jones is one the most sought after vocalists' in the state of New York. Her versatile vocal stylings have 'wooed' a most prestigious audience with the likes of the Baldwin brothers, Kim Basinger, Chynna Phillips, Paul Newman, Nia Long, Mick Jones, and Little Steven.

She has graced the stages of numerous A-list nightclubs in Manhattan such as, Tavern on the Green, The Supper Club, The Rainbow Room, Windows on the World, The Waldorf Astoria, Irving Plaza, CBGB's and Cafe Wha?. Her recording credits include projects with Cyndi Lauper, L.L. Cool J, John Mellencamp, Cissy Houston, and Joey McIntyre. She also performed with Sarah McLachlan on The Late Night Show with David Letterman.

Chris Dollard

Lead Vocal & Keyboards

"Blue Eyed Soul Singer" Chris Dollard handles the vocals and keyboards for City Rhythm. Having shared the stage with such greats as The Average White Band, Tower of Power, N'Sync, and many more, he knows how to belt it, or keep it smooth.

Chris is also a sought after session player, and jazz singer/pianist. Chris enjoys spending time with his family, writing music, and works in a local school district.

Bert Pagano

Lead Vocal & Guitar

Bert is a lifelong resident of the Capital District with thirty years in the music and entertainment business. His musical abilities span all genres of music including jazz, rhythm and blues, pop, and country.

Bert has played with numerous local bands including Downtime and Plus 24 and has shared the stage with Joan Armatrading, Lee Ritenour, Jeff Lorber(featuring Kenny G.), Gap Mangione, Jay Traynor (Jay & the Americans) and John Pizzarelli.

Bill Lawrence

Bass Guitar

Bill Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Oakland University, and has been a featured soloist and clinician at such events as Kingdom Bound, Inferno, Heartsong Festival, and ERMAC (Eastern Regional Music and Arts Conference).

An in demand session player, Bill's bass tracks can be heard on over 40 album projects to date. As a writer, Bill's music has been featured on CD's from his award winning "virtual" group the Funkdawgs, as well as his solo bass CD "Music From The Bass Guitar". In addition to City Rhythm, Bill is also a staple on the local jazz scene.

Marc Pratt

Sax, Lead Vocal & Emcee

Marc has performed with some of the greatest jazz musicians and personalities of the time including Clark Terry, Marion McPartland, Nick Brignola, Chuck D'Aloia, Lee Shaw, Gary Collins, MaryAnne Mobley, Robin Leach, and many more. He studied jazz with Percy Ferguson, and Nick Brignola.

Marc has been performing in the Capital Region of New York for over twenty years. Marc received his Bachelor of Music and Master of Science degrees, and is an active educator and performer in the Albany, NY area today.

Jeff Calistri

Trumpet, Flugelhorn, Keyboards & Percussion

Jeff grew up in the Capital District playing in the Empire State Youth Orchestra and the Empire State Youth Jazz Ensemble. He spent several summers while in college, honing his chops and dance moves in the Boogie Band and the Starlight Jazz Orchestra at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. After graduating with his Master of Music degree, Jeff moved to the San Francisco Bay area to start his teaching and playing career.

Since returning to the Capital District in 1998, Jeff directs the band program at a local high school, and keeps busy gigging with City Rhythm. He has also performed with New York Players, Body & Soul, the Empire Jazz Orchestra, Capital Region Wind Ensemble, Joey Thomas Big Band, and countless church & wedding ceremonies.
